This was our first time visiting the SouthPark location, and we had an amazing experience thanks to Alissa. She was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our visit. She brought us the sauces we asked for, and when she noticed my mom was struggling to use chopsticks, she surprised us by bringing a chopstick helper and regular utensils without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the experience fun for our family. The food was absolutely delicious, and we especially loved the J Girl. Thank you, Alissa, for making our first visit so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at JINYA Ramen Bar! JP provided outstanding service from start to finish. His warm personality, friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The food was excellent, fresh and full of flavor, and JP’s positive attitude made the experience even better. When you visit JINYA Ramen Bar, I highly recommend asking for JP—you won’t be disappointed. Excellent service and hospitality all around! We had the Birria Ramen and Chicken Wonton Ramen. DELICIOUS!!!

Overnight stay in downtown Charlotte. I was greeted and seated promptly by the hostess and allowed to choose my table as the restaurant wasnt to busy at this hour. Kayla was the server and she was fantastic!!! I asked about some options and she endorsed the Salmon Poké Tacos (happy hour discount bonus!!) and when asked about her favorite raemen, she provided that her favorite is the Spicy Creamy raemen, and to substitute the tofu for Birria, which I did. Flavors were wonderful with just enough spice to make the nose run. This was a justifiable recommendation and I suggest it to everyone!! As this is a chain restaurant I look forward to eating at another location when possible.

JP and Jonathan were the best! Since it was our first time, they explained the menu really well and had great suggestions, which we appreciated because the menu was huge! We got the Ringo mule and an old fashioned to drink - both were delicious and I highly recommend! The spicy vegetarian ramen was the BEST I’ve EVERRRR had. Can’t wait to go back!!! Definitely recommending to my friends for a fun date night!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was incredible, but the best part of our visit was our amazing server, Charlynda. She was truly one of the sweetest and best servers I’ve ever had. She made our whole table feel so special and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We ordered the Hokuriku Cabo Chick, and everything was delicious. They even surprised my daughter with a complimentary birthday plate, and I didn’t even have to ask. That small gesture meant so much and made her day even more special. The entire team was wonderful, but Charlynda really stood out with her kindness and excellent service. The next time we’re in town, we will definitely make sure this is our first stop!
